Interview prep from the other side of the table

Good at your job. Never had to be good at interviews?

You've spent 2, 5, 10 years at one company. You know your work cold. Then you interview at an MNC and get a polite no, and nobody tells you why. We've sat on the hiring side of hundreds of engineering interview loops at Fortune 1000 product companies and MNCs in India. We know where strong engineers fail, because we've watched it happen.

For engineers from any branch, in software, data, security, embedded, platform or core roles, with 2–15 years' experience. No placement guarantee. We teach you how panels decide.

What we do

Three things, all before or around a real interview

The Interview Briefing

₹5,000First 10 bookings: ₹3,500

A 60-minute call before a named interview, plus a written brief on WhatsApp within 12 hours.

  • What this company and role are actually hiring for, and what's secondary
  • What the panel scores in your first five minutes, and how to open
  • The three stories you must have ready: problem first, then options, trade-offs, decision
  • The topics to revise tonight
  • What to say when salary comes up, given your current CTC and notice period

Briefing + Mock

₹10,000

The briefing, then a 60-minute mock two days later, run the way that panel will run it. You get a one-page scorecard: five scores, the sentence the hiring manager would write about you, and three fixes.

The Offer Call

₹2,500

30 minutes when the offer lands. What to ask for, how to ask, and what's realistic given your current pay, your notice period and the company's norms.

The scorecard

What you get after a mock

Every mock ends with the same one-page scorecard, written the way a panel writes its notes. It's blunt on purpose. The details here are an example, not a real candidate.

MOCK · ROUND 1 · SR. BACKEND ENGINEER8 yrs · 60 min
  • Project storytelling■■■□□ 3/5
  • Depth when probed■■■■□ 4/5
  • Structure of answers■■□□□ 2/5
  • Red flags a panel notes■■■□□ 3/5
  • Role and salary fit■■■■□ 4/5

"Strong engineer, would hire for IC work. Jumped to solutions before framing the problem; couldn't say who owned the decision. Not yet a lead."

Fix before Thursday
  1. Open every story with the problem and what you were weighing
  2. Say "I decided" where it's true. "The team decided" reads as no ownership
  3. Have the blank diagram open before the design question comes

Who this is for

You'll recognise yourself in one of these

  • Campus-placed, 5+ years at one company, and you haven't interviewed since
  • You've cleared the technical rounds twice and lost it at the manager or HR round
  • You're moving from senior to lead and the questions have changed on you
  • You have an offer coming and no idea whether the number is good

How it works

Book, brief, interview

  1. Tell us about the interview

Role, company, round, date, your CV, current and expected CTC. Takes five minutes.

  2. We prepare, then we talk

A 60-minute call, usually within 48 hours. Evening and Saturday slots.

  3. Your brief lands on WhatsApp

Within 12 hours: what to lead with, three stories, topics to revise, the salary line.

  4. Tell us how it went

We ask after every interview. Our numbers are published, including the ones that didn't go our way.

What we don't do

We don't guarantee outcomes. We don't share any company's confidential interview questions or feedback. We don't run deep coding rounds; there are good tools for that. What we do is tell you how panels decide, where candidates like you fail, and what to change before Thursday.
